David was provided a sourdough starter in 2016 and has nurtured it since then. He has affectionately named it Eddie Rickenstarter, after the great WWI ace and early pioneer of aviation.

One November morning, after discussing their plans for the day (declutter the house and clear out for holiday decorations to go up), Charlotte & David sat down to eat breakfast in the kitchen. By the end of breakfast they had created their first bread box: Fall Harvest Box,  texted their neighbor to ask about pricing, and decided to donate part of any profits they might make. They did not declutter that day. 

In the following days, Charlotte began two new starters in honor of two of the most important starters in our country right now: Kamala and Joe. They need some time to grow into their own, but soon enough they'll be included in our recipes too!
